And today I will show you how to install Hugo's static site generator on macOS

So in order to install Hugo on macOS, we will first need to install OnBrew, which is the package manager

So we can go here to brew.sh and copy this line. And then we will move to our terminal

So inside my terminal on Mac, what I will do is I will paste what I just copied

and put my password and this will install HomeBrew

So I press Enter and see you in a few seconds. Now that I have installed HomeBrew, I will need to set up the path so I can copy this line first and paste it

This will add HomeBrew to the path and I will also copy this line

And then I should be able to install brew. I can see that brew was properly installed if I write brew help

And then I can see that brew was properly installed. Next, I want to install Hugo

So I can clear this so we make it clearer. And what I can do is I can write brew, install Hugo

and this will install Hugo. So if Hugo was properly installed, you could write Hugo version

And I can see that Hugo was properly installed on my Mac machine
